Before you write
- If it is about a count, send an image of the plate with the ruler, if you can.
- In the app, the Report a problem button automatically attaches the session's technical information, without your image.
- If you run a lab, the For labs page explains what a setup includes.
- "Save contact" downloads a contact card that your phone and email app open straight into your address book.
